Day 1 Arrive Cairo Arrive in Cairo and transfer to your selected hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure. (B)
Day 2 Cairo Enjoy a full-day tour starting with a visit to the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and the Solar Boat. Continue to Memphis and the pyramids of Sakkara. (BL)
Day 3 Cairo Begin your day of sightseeing at the Egyptian Museum, home to the world’s largest collection of Egyptian antiquities. Then take in the sights of medieval Cairo including the Citadel and the Khan El Khalili Bazaar. (BL)
Day 4 Cairo – Luxor Fly from Cairo to Luxor this morning and board your Nile cruise boat. Visit Luxor’s west bank including the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Continue to Luxor’s east bank to see the impressive temples of Karnak and Luxor. (BLD)
Day 5 Luxor – Edfu Sail to Esna on the M/Y Mirage 1 and then on to Edfu for the night. (BLD)
Day 6 Edfu – Aswan Morning visit to Edfu’s Temple of Horus, then sail to Kom Ombo to visit the temple shared by two gods – Sobek and Horus. Continue to Aswan for the night. (BLD)
Day 7 Aswan Visit the High Dam, the Philae Temple and the Unfinished Obelisk before enjoying a traditional sailboat ride around Aswan’s islands. (BLD)
Day 8 Aswan – Cairo Disembark the boat after breakfast and transfer to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Check in to your hotel on arrival. (B)
Day 9 Cairo – Alexandria (180 km) Transfer from Cairo to Alexandria and check in to your selected hotel. Visit the Catacombs, Pompey’s Pillar and the Alexandria Museum. (B)
Day 10 Alexandria – El Alamein – Alexandria (250 km) A full-day tour of El Alamein’s World War II battlefields and cemeteries. (B)
Day 11 Alexandria – Cairo Airport (180 km) The tour ends after breakfast with a transfer to Cairo Airport. (B)
