Brochure validity and content
All brochures are valid for the duration indicated under the section headed brochure validity at the back of each brochure, unless otherwise specified. Every effort has been made to ensure that the brochures are accurate at the time of printing and The Company shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss caused by any unintended inaccuracy. If for reasons beyond The Company's control, and if The Company determines in the interest of safety and security to change your package arrangements, and/or accommodation, either in whole or in part we reserve the right to do so, and will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements of the same standard as that originally booked.
Please ensure that you have read and understood the important booking conditions for each brochure before making your booking.

The Company will make every effort to ensure that the website remains available for use on a 24/7 basis, but does not accept responsibility for any downtime caused through any factor. Tempo Holidays warrants that in the event of such downtime, contact will be available by telephone, email or fax during published office hours. Tempo Holidays makes known that all services booked through this website are supplied subject to the Terms and Conditions of the supplier of the service as well as Tempo Holiday's own terms and conditions. Tempo Holidays does not endorse or approve any materials found on the internet, and shall not be liable in any way for such materials. You acknowledge that Tempo Holidays cannot monitor or control any content accessed via our site or via any link from our site to another. Tempo is not responsible for ensuring that the website is accurate or that it is secure and error or virus free. Tempo is not responsible or liable for the supply and/or maintenance of your IT equipment, or for the use of any software.
The Terms and Conditions, Responsibilities and Obligations associated with use of this website are in direct association with our general Terms and Conditions which remain entirely valid for all website transactions, queries and information sources. The Company does not permit any unauthorised use of any part of this website. All pricing is clearly identified by a currency prefix, for example, AUD or NZD. Where exchange rate fluctuations occur of more than 2.5%, or any other increases in the price of services provided which are beyond the control of The Company, then The Company reserves the right to adjust package prices accordingly, up to and including the day of departure of your itinerary, even though the balance of payment may have been made. Acceptance of this arrangement is a condition of booking.
Costs not included in prices shown
Airfares unless otherwise stated, visa & passport costs, travel insurance, vaccination and medical expenses, excess baggage, airport departure taxes, laundry, postage, phone calls, fax/email charges, beverages, items of a personal nature, tips and meals not mentioned on itinerary.
Travel Insurance is not included in any of the prices quoted in this brochure. You are strongly advised to arrange this cover to protect you for the duration of your holiday. We suggest that you take out the policy at time of booking and that the policy should include, but not be limited to the following features: Loss of deposit and/or final payment; injury, death, theft, loss of luggage and personal items, curtailment of tours en-route, medical expenses, cancellation of advance purchase airfares, additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs should your holiday need to be extended or curtailed due to illness while overseas.
Tempo Holidays Pty Ltd is not itself a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own aircraft, hotels or coaches. The services that The Company supplies consist of arranging and coordinating accommodation, tours and transfers, making bookings and issuing vouchers to be redeemed by suppliers. We exercise every care in the selection of reputable airlines, tour operators, coach operators, hotels and other suppliers of the various travel services that are used in these tours. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Tempo Holidays are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, and other service providers including but not limited to shipping, rail, car hire and restaurant operators, whose services we utilise, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage of baggage.
We always do our best to ensure that your holiday arrangements are satisfactory, and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as the result of our negligence, or that of our employees or agents. However The Company does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, shipping and cruise companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your tour arrangements pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over which The Company has no direct and exclusive control.
The Company does not accept responsibility in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which is beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on the part of The Company, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accidents to, or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such actions may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group).
You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas that you intend visiting, and you shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. You shall carry a valid passport at all times. Passport, visa and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your responsibility to ensure that these documents are in order and to meet any additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by Tempo Holidays on the client's behalf) as a result of failure to comply with such requirements. You accept that you may be travelling through areas of political or climatic instability, high altitude and remote areas without proper medical services, and accept the associated risks. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of your contract with Tempo Holidays.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any special requirements you may have.
No representation made by your Travel Agent to you concerning the quality, location, or any other matter in relation to the services and facilities provided by The Company shall bind The Company unless your Travel Agent has been expressly or impliedly authorised by us to make such a representation.
Credit Card Terms
To make a payment on this web site with a credit card, the following conditions must be met:

Payment Terms and Conditions
Late bookings: Any booking made less than 7 days prior to departure will be charged a $33 booking fee.
Minimum booking: Please note all bookings of less than $500 in total will be charged a $33 booking fee. This will be added to your booking automatically.
Cancellations and Amendments: Your first amendment to a booking is free. Second and subsequent amendments will be charged at $33 per amendment.
All cancellations must be made in writing through Tempo Holidays in Australia. No responsibility is taken for cancellations of hotel bookings or other services made directly by the client or the client’s travel agent with the service provider, regardless of whether written proof is given.
Cancellation of confirmed services forming part of an existing booking will incur cancellation fees as listed.
Tempo Holidays Cancellation Fees

Supplier Cancellation Fees
Supplier cancellation charges may be in addition to the charges outlined above. Supplier charges are based on the commencing date and cost of each confirmed arrangement. Some services have cancellation fees higher than the standard scale, as listed below as a guide. Actual cancellation charges may vary as they are based on the amount levied on Tempo by suppliers at the time of cancellation. Charges may be up to100% of the cost paid.
Air tickets: Prior to ticketing A$25; after ticketing A$250; after departure no refund. Cancellation fees depend on the conditions of the applicable airfare.
The exception to this is car rental, where the cancellation fees are:
48 hours + prior to departure: loss of deposit (unless other services on the same booking in which case no charge) 48 or less prior to departure: 100%
